Styles:
Apply Built-in Styles:

Insert Citations:
- Place your cursor where you want to insert a citation.
- Go to the "References" tab on the ribbon.
- In the "Citations & Bibliography" group, click on the "Insert Citation" button.
- Choose the appropriate option: "Add New Source" to manually enter citation details or "Manage Sources" to manage existing sources.
- Follow the prompts to enter the citation details or select from existing sources.
Insert Bibliography:
- Place your cursor where you want to insert the bibliography.
- Go to the "References" tab.
- In the "Citations & Bibliography" group, click on the "Bibliography" button.
- Choose the desired bibliography style from the dropdown menu, such as "Bibliography" or "Works Cited."
- Word will automatically generate and insert the bibliography based on the citations you've inserted in the document.
Manage Sources:
- To manage your sources, go to the "References" tab and click on the "Manage Sources" button in the "Citations & Bibliography" group.
- In the "Source Manager" dialog box, you can add, edit, or delete sources, as well as organize them into different categories.
- This is useful for keeping track of your references and citations, especially for longer documents or academic papers.
